A new episode of #HRTea is now available on iTunes and Google Play! This episode is the second episode in our three-part mini-series on diversity and inclusion. In this episode Bethany sits down with Christian Thoroughgood, Assistant Professor in the Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development at Villanova. One main focus of Christian's research has been in the area of LGBTQ inclusivity. He has published several academic articles on creating more inclusive organizations for LGBTQ employees and has new research in the area of courageous allyship.
Have you ever considered if your organization sends signals to your LGBTQ employees that they are not welcome? Hear from VUHRD Assistant Professor, Christian Thoroughgood as he discusses his research in this area, and how to provide opportunities for allyship in your organization.
