This year we are asking our current students and alumni of the #VUHRD Graduate Program to share with us why they decided to pursue a degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and how they are using their HR education to improve their organizations.
The mission of our program is to develop global thought leaders in human resources who drive high performing, inclusive organizations and create meaningful work experiences.
