Diversity, yes, but... | #HRTea
A new episode of #HRTea is now available on iTunes and Google Play! This episode kicks off a three part mini-series on diversity and inclusion with three different Villanova professors all doing research in different aspects of D&I. In this episode, Bethany sits down with Quinetta Roberson, a Villanova Professor of Management and the Fred J. Springer Endowed Chair. She has been doing research on diversity and inclusion initiatives in organizations for 15+ years and as you will hear in the episode, in her diversity work, she's "willing to tell the dark side. It's not all puppies and rainbows."
