“As black women, historically, we've seen that the odds have been against us in the workforce. We're going against that, we're going against the current status of the workplace. Macy and I are really committed to seeing a change in the workforce and in the field not only for ourselves, but for future generations in the I/O space and the workforce in general. So a lot of our work is really geared around challenging organizations and challenging institutions to diversify the field of I/O Psychology, bring[ing] exposure to the field, mak[ing] sure that there's representation in the field. We have curated events and facilitated a lot of discussions really geared around just that: diversifying the field [and] bringing exposure to the field."
