Villanova HRD takes on: Villanova's 18th Annual Day of Service

Villanova's annual Day of Service is held in honor of St. Thomas of Villanova who is known for his great charity to the poor and marginalized. This year, thousands of volunteers worked with over 140 agencies within the community to perform service throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. This past weekend, Villanova HRD and VUSHRM worked with another group on campus, VUnited, to volunteer and give back to Teacher's Teammates. Teacher's Teammates is a non-profit organization in Philadelphia that provides resources to K-12 teachers and students in under-resourced schools in Delaware County.
